Shipping and Returns

Delivery Notice Email with tracking number and logistics website will be sent to the registered email address after your order is processed by our local Postal Service, generally you will be able to track the package within 2 business days after you receive the notice. 

Following is the estimated arriving time to different countries.

Uncertainties during shipment:

There maybe extreme weather, states policy change during the long transportation,and when package reaches the destination country, it needs to go through custom clearance procedures, which may cause delays. (It happens rarely)

How to cancel the order:

If you want to cancel the order, please contact us within 24 hours after the payment. If the item(s) you ordered has not been sent out, we will take no action regarding your order. If it has been sent out, and you still don’t want it, you could return it when you receive it. Please check your order before the payment so that may save the trouble for yourself.

Products are not in stock.

We will send E-mail to you to inform you the product you ordered is out of stock. This could happen when we are in peak period. In that case, we need time to supply our inventory, and we will offer you small gifts if you are willing to wait or replace to other product that is in stock. 

Returns:

Only merchandise purchased from https://keepslender.com/ can be returned to  within 60 days of purchase. The merchandise must be intact and unused for returns. Please note return shipping fees are at the customer's expense and are non-refundable considering all of our products are free shipping.

How to return

If you wish to return an item, please contact service@keepslender.com. You will be provided with a return address. For the return item, we recommend using protective packing materials to minimize any damage to the product(s). For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post and retain the receipt for your records.

Note: Keepslender is not responsible for return postage, the cost of insurance, or lost or undelivered items.

Wrong item or damaged item received

When such things happen, please contact us service@keepslender.com immediately, and please provide us with detailed photos. Once we check the evidence you provide and the record we got, we will find a solution that works you as soon as possible.

*** Please note that for privacy, we do not to accept them to return for certain items on our site (mainly bras, girdles and panties).

*** Free gifts and promotional items cannot be returned or exchanged.

*** Discount coupons or vouchers are not valid on clearance items.
